All tickets must be personalised. The name on the ticket is not checked at the entrance, so it’s not a problem if all tickets are accidentally assigned to one person.

After purchase, you will receive an email from Paylogic when your tickets are ready to be personalised. You will need the following information from each visitor:

How it works:
Tickets can be scanned from your mobile phone or on paper.
If printing, use A4-size (colour printing not required). If using your phone, set your screen brightness to maximum.
Refunds are not possible. If you wish to resell your ticket, use a safe platform such as TicketSwap.
A wide range of food options is available on-site, including snacks, meals, vegetarian and gluten-free options. Drinks can be purchased at multiple bars. Payment is made with tokens.

Tokens can be purchased at token booths and token machines. Tokens are valid at all bars and food stands.
Sufficient toilet facilities are available throughout the venue.
VIP guests can use the designated VIP toilets.
The event is accessible for visitors with disabilities. Adapted facilities are available, and our crew is always ready to assist.
Upon entering, you will receive a recycle token. Hand this in when ordering your first drink to receive a cup, bottle or can. Always return an empty cup with your next order.
Lost your cup? A new one costs half a token.
Lost something? Visit the locker desk on-site for all found items.
3–5 days after the event, remaining items will be listed via iLost.
A professional first aid team is present on-site. If you or someone else needs help, notify our crew immediately.
If you need to bring medication, ensure you have a valid doctor’s statement. Without official documentation, medication cannot be taken inside. Security may check this at the entrance.
Hearing protection is important. Earplugs can be purchased at the merchandise stand.
Free water taps are available throughout the venue. You can refill your bottle or drink water. Hand-washing taps are also available.
Vroeger Was Alles Beter has a Zero Tolerance policy. The possession or use of drugs or other illegal substances is strictly prohibited — this includes soft drugs.
Security will check for this at the entrance and throughout the venue. If drugs are found, access will be denied and police may be notified depending on the amount.

Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas. Smoking is prohibited indoors.
Cigarettes are not sold at the event.
Digital cameras, video cameras and action cams (e.g. GoPro) are not allowed. Taking photos and videos with your phone is permitted. Professional equipment is only allowed with pre-approved press accreditation.
